Trinah Chisanga is a Zambian Afro Pop, Gospel and Jazz artist that has risen through the Zambian music industry and beyond. Trinah started singing at a very young age and won her first singing competition at nine years in primary school, this boosted her love for music. Through the years she sung for fun and in church.
Many of her achievements include being the third runner up at the Idols South East Africa in 2008, the lead singerand song writter in the gospel group Xploits 2:9 which won the Ngoma award for most promising artist of 2008. She has also shared a stage with Kenny Latimore, South African Song bird Zahara and recently Idols season 8 winner Khaya Mthetwa.
Being a live music performer has created her into a household name as a singer at many corporate and executive gatherings and was the festive season performer at the Zambezi Sun Hotel for three years straight.
She has also gone beyond our borders and has performed in Kenya, Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
