Alesia Diggs is an avid woman of faith whose love for music and passion for singing has made her the person she is today. Growing up in Norfolk, Virginia, before moving to North Carolina, Alesia watched her mom write songs and attend choir rehearsals at church.
She gave her life to the Lord at the age of 7 and inherited her mom’s gift of song. Before long, she was performing in high school talent shows and plays. She joined the chorus and the gospel choir at her high school and church and fell in love with it.
Alesia attended college at North Carolina A&T State University while obtaining her degree in Political Science and singing on the gospel choir, but she quickly realized she couldn’t ignore her passion. She knew she was created to sing. With a hope to exemplify God with her life and with her gifts, she started writing her own music and today is a praise and worship leader at Impacting Your World Christian Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Alesia is bringing a fresh, new sound that inspires and heals, and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
