Isingoma Tom is an artist in the Western region known by his stage name Afande Amooti Isingoma
He is a Ugandan, munyoro by tribe who was born on the 23rd of November 1973
He joined the music industry when he was still in primary school at Kibingo BCS Primary school
Amooti isingoma started commercial music in the year 2011
He has released different music songs including ``Busaho Alimanya Esaaha Yo’kufa’’ that brought him to behind scenes.
He has other music songs i.e Omukazi akambiga, Emanzi Kabarega, Ntumirwe Abakazi, Entangiro, Akaryangangaine, Mukama ndi omumaiso gaawe among others.
Amooti isingoma was once a drama actor and a producer in Ebonies and also performed in Uganda Prisons Band.
H e also writes and composes Drama scripts and music songs
Besides Music, Afande Amtooti Isingoma is a prisons officer who is working at Kibaale Prisons.
